Alexandra Woodyer Sherron
CEO & President
Alexandra has over 20 years of experience in the mining industry. Alexandra started at PricewaterhouseCoopers before joining Endeavour Financial, a global mining finance advisory firm. During her investment banking career in London, she was Director Structured Financing and involved in the successful completion of over US$1.5 billion in financings for clients.

Richard Vigil
Global Vice President
Rich Vigil has worked in the mining industry since 2005, first as a mine engineer for Freeport McMoRan (previously Phelps Dodge) at the underground Henderson mine, and for a junior gold mining company. After completing his MBA, he worked in equity research, covering the precious metals sector for Cowen Group (previously Dahlman Rose) and later for RMB Resources, the merchant banking division of First Rand in South Africa, where he provided debt, equity and pre-paid streams to the junior mining industry. He later worked in the Corporate Lending Credit Group at Morgan Stanley covering Metals and Mining and the Oil and Gas industry. He has experience throughout the Americas, including Canada, the USA, Mexico, Peru, Brazil, Colombia, Argentina and Chile. He graduated cum laude from the Colorado School of Mines, where he studied mining engineering, and completed his MBA from Tulane University, specializing in international business and finance.

Xavier Wenzel
Interim Chief Financial Officer
Xavier Wenzel began his career in public practice in 1996. As a principal at Fehr & Associates, a registered accounting practice, and a member of The Chartered Professional Accountants of British Columbia, Xavier has considerable audit and tax expertise, as well as extensive experience with financial and regulatory reporting for public companies under IFRS and US GAAP. Xavier has provided consulting services as an advisor on complex technical accounting issues. Xavier has spent several years providing senior level accounting services for publicly traded companies and currently holds CFO positions for Chakana Copper Corp, Pure Energy Minerals Ltd. and NuLegacy Gold Corporation. Formerly his CFO roles included Ely Gold Royalties Inc. and Guanajuato Silver Corp. (formerly Vangold Mining Corp).

Kaitlin Taylor
VP Marketing and Investor Communications
Kaitlin is a results-driven marketing professional with over 5 years of experience in the mining industry. As the VP of Marketing & Investor Relations at Empress Royalty, she leads marketing and investor relations efforts, with a focus on driving brand awareness, generating investor interest and enhancing stakeholder engagement. Kaitlin's expertise includes public company marketing strategy, investor communications, social media marketing, and project management. She started her career in the mining industry with Boreal Metals Corp, and prior to that in the financial industry at BlueShore Financial. Kaitlin attended Capilano University for her Bachelor of Business Degree obtaining a double concentration in International Business and Human Resource Management.

Michelle Borthwick
Corporate Secretary
Ms. Borthwick is a corporate finance and governance professional with over 25 years of diverse senior-level experience with public and private corporations operating primarily in the mining and natural resource industries. She has extensive experience in the areas of equity and debt financings, domestic and cross-border M&A and general corporate and commercial transactions. Additionally, she is well versed in all areas of public company governance and administration and has held CFO and Corporate Secretary roles for multi-listed public and private corporations.
Prior to founding her own consulting firm in 2018, she was Vice President, Corporate Affairs and Corporate Secretary of TSX-listed Endeavour Mining Corporation where she had key roles managing and facilitating various corporate and financial transactions and compliance. Prior to Endeavour Mining, she was VP Corporate Finance of its predecessor financial advisory company, Endeavour Financial Corporation.
